General terms and conditions

Thank you for choosing our accommodation!

You will see free dates on the Occupancy tab. These are the green windows. The minimum length of stay is 2 nights. After sending your reservation, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.

At the moment, this is a non-binding order, which does not obligate you to pay yet. It is an instruction for us to send you a price calculation of the appropriate number of people in the selected accommodation by e-mail.

Binding reservation
After agreed approval of the price offer, including the offered program or additional services by e-mail, we will ask you to pay by bank transfer (50% of the total amount). The remaining 50% is paid 4 weeks before arrival.

If the arrival date at the time of booking is less than 4 weeks, the full amount will be paid after the price offer has been agreed.

Cancellation Policy
The customer can cancel the reservation by e-mail or via WhatsApp (+62 821-4524-7262).

Cancel fees
Cancellation 30 or more days before the start of the stay… free of charge, full refund of the deposit paid

Cancellation 7 to 29 days before the start of the stay…        50% of the amount of the deposit paid

Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay… 75% of the amount of the deposit paid

Cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the stay… 100% of the amount of the deposit paid
